His journey through Las Vegas, London, New York, Miami, Dallas to name a few and various destinations in Asia enriched his skillset, solidifying Mr. Schneider as a true visionary in the field.
He began his career in the heart of the hospitality world, Las Vegas, known for its glitz and glamour. He honed his craft in operation, revenue management, development of hotels, and F&B outlets and understanding the intricacies of maximizing returns in a highly competitive market. He lead operations such as Wet Republic, Omnia, and the Hakkasan Restaurant portfolio for the US and Mexico, which included Micheline Star Concepts, as well as high energy social dining concepts. Mr. Schneider led a series of successful ventures, leveraging data-driven strategies, which set the stage for spearheading the new venture of RockHill Hospitality consulting where he provides strategic advisory to owners and investors on the global hospitality spectrum.
